At Regroup Foundation, we believe that every mother deserves the opportunity to grow, recover and thrive. EmpowerSpace is our online community for single mothers, a place of motherhood, support, coaching, self-care, encouragement, motivation and self-love. We invite you to become an online Coach on our platform Empowerspace.

What do we ask of you as an Online Coach?


  • At least 1 post per week (text, video, audio or visuals - you choose)

  • Freedom in form and tone - as long as it is edifying and motivating.

  • Share content on your own expertise or on topics such as perseverance, motivation, motherhood, hope, healing, etc.

  • Be reachable through the chat feature on EmpowerSpace To answer questions from members.
  • Willing to keep track of members' progress if working with them outside of our platform.

    Do I need to be an official coach?

    No. You don't have to be a licensed coach. What matters is that you have valuable experience, knowledge or expertise that can encourage single mothers. That can also come from your personal life.


    How do I apply?
    Very simple: fill out the application form below and we will contact you within a few days for an introduction.


    Can I quit whenever I want as an online Coach?
    Of course. Your commitment is completely voluntary. If you want to quit, just let us know so we can replace your in a timely manner. We appreciate all the time and energy you've contributed.

    Time and commitment

    How much time does this take per week?

    We ask for at least one contribution per week. This can be in the form of a short text, video or audio clip. If you would like to contribute more, that is of course welcome.


    Should I post weekly, or can it be more flexible?

    We ask for one contribution per week as a guideline because regularity is important for the community and the mothers who rely on your input. 


    How long do I commit to EmpowerSpace?

    Your commitment as an online Coach is completely flexible. We ask you to be involved for at least 3 months so that you can really build a valuable contribution within the community. After that, you are free to continue as long as it suits you. Many coaches stay longer because they notice how much satisfaction and connection it brings.

    Content and Themes

    What topics are desired?

    We encourage you to write or speak about anything that can empower single mothers. Consider topics such as encouragement, motherhood, parenting, healing, recovery, trauma, self-care, relationships, personal growth, motivation, mindset and perseverance. Within these broad frameworks, there is plenty of room to share your own expertise and perspective.


    In what form may I contribute (text, video, etc.)?

    You have complete freedom in the format that suits you. Some coaches like to write short blogs or inspirational posts, others prefer to create a video or share an audio clip. Anything is welcome - as long as it encourages and inspires the community.


    May I share my own experiences, even if they are personal?

    Sure. Personal stories often have the greatest impact precisely because they provide recognition and hope. As long as you share openly and respectfully, your experiences are a valuable source of strength for the women on EmpowerSpace.
