What does a work-study program entail?

A learning-work trajectory at Regroup consists of the following three phases:

Phase 1

You start with an interactive course in which you:

  • Learn the basic skills required for your chosen path.
  • Gain insight into professional working methods.
  • Receive practical tips to get started with confidence.

Gain practical experience by:

  • To work with an experienced colleague who will guide you in the field.
  • The opportunity to practice your new skills in a real work situation.
  • Receive valuable feedback to help you further develop yourself.

Phase 2

Phase 3

After the training you will start working independently:

  • You work a maximum of three days a week
  • You will receive a home services contract.
